Our Service Level Agreement (Terms and Conditions)

Ed for All will ensure that they

Complete a comprehensive referral process, including an initial assessment conducted both at home and, when possible, within the educational setting, to assign the most suitable mentor.

Administer the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire as part of the initial assessment to further identify areas requiring development.

Organize additional pre- and post-consultation sessions, including planning, preparation, data collection, and evaluation in collaboration with relevant professionals before initiating the program.

Hold half-termly support review meetings in accordance with Ofsted guidance.

Maintain continuous communication with professionals involved in the student's support.

Provide detailed daily session reports that reflect the progress made toward achieving the student’s set outcomes.

A representative from Ed for All will attend all multi-agency meetings as required.

Coordinate with other agencies when necessary to ensure comprehensive support.

Provide written analysis, conclusions, and recommendations at the conclusion of the support provided.

Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all students and their personal information.

Ensure mentors are appropriately qualified, hold a current enhanced DBS check, and have the necessary insurance coverage.

Prepare and provide specific, professionally written risk assessments upon request.

Notify the school, setting, or organization as soon as possible if a session must be cancelled due to emergencies, staff illness, adverse weather (such as snow or winter storms), or other circumstances that may impact the safe delivery of sessions.

Reschedule or replace any sessions lost due to unforeseen circumstances where reasonable and feasible. If rescheduling is not possible, reimbursement will be provided for the missed time. In the case of long-term absence, Ed for All will collaborate with the client to determine an appropriate course of action.

Inform the school, setting, or organization if an attendee does not arrive without prior notice, if there are recurring punctuality issues, or if there are challenges with the attendee’s collection at the end of the session.

Report the student’s attendance to the school or setting via email within 20 minutes of the session's start time.

Address any behavioural issues and adhere to safeguarding protocols in the event of disclosures or concerns.

Respond promptly to any concerns raised by the school, setting, or organization, and work collaboratively with them to reach an acceptable resolution.

Implement an adaptive approach to keep students engaged. If a student disengages, procedures will be followed, including home visits and reassessment of the plan to make necessary adjustments for re-engagement.

Provide tailored learning support to students who require additional support

Notify Ed for All about any specific requirements, such as behaviour risk assessments, EHCP, diagnoses, CSC involvement, etc.

Obtain consent from parents or carers and gather all relevant information (e.g., health details, allergies, other needs or requirements) for the young person(s) to be submitted to Ed for All before the intervention programme begins.

Remind parents or carers to send any required medication (e.g., inhalers) with the attendee and ensure Ed for All is informed.

Remind parents or carers to make sure the attendee is dressed appropriately.

Ensure that relevant professionals are aware of the interventions and are available for referral, review meetings, and ongoing communication.

Complete the necessary referral forms before the programme starts, return them to Ed for All, and promptly forward the invoice to the relevant department within their organization.

Notify Ed for All of any significant changes in the attendees' circumstances.

Inform Ed for All as soon as possible of any absences, ideally before the start of the day’s session. Since rescheduling may not be possible due to commitments to other students, the previously agreed and booked time will still need to be paid for.

Ensure they will continue to take responsibility for student’s attendance and welfare

Notify Ed for All immediately if there are any concerns regarding the services provided by the company.

Provide four weeks written notice if wishing to terminate the agreement.

Ensure that Ed for All is not the primary educator for the student.
Terms of payment
Payment to be made termly in advance, at the beginning of each term. Late payments over 14 days from invoice due date will incur an 10% late payment fee. Placements can be transferred to another young person in the event of a placement breaking down and a full reimbursement will be made for any terminated placements, after the four week notice period has been served. Our support is for a minimum of 6 weeks.
Termination
The agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue unless terminated in accordance with the provision of these clausal. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time on the provision of a 4-week written notice to the other. Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately by giving notice to the other party if the other party commits any material breach of this agreement.
On termination all outstanding fees owed to Ed for All Ltd shall be payable immediately.
