Secondary Package

We offer a flexible, personalised secondary curriculum designed to meet each student where they are.
Our approach combines core academic learning with practical life skills, creative projects, and wellbeing support, helping young people re-engage with education in a way that feels meaningful and relevant.

Students can access support through two pathways:

One-to-One Mentoring
Our most intensive and individualised level of support, the one to one mentoring package is designed for students who benefit from a highly personalised and consistent approach. Following an initial assessment by senior staff, Each student is matched with an experienced, dedicated mentor who provides tailored academic, emotional, and practical support.
A bespoke learning plan is then created by our curriculum leads, outlining clear, meaningful learning objectives that reflect the student's needs, interests, and goals. The mentor works closely with the student to deliver this plan through engaging, real world learning experiences that can happen in a variety of settings.

Students on the one-to-one pathway may also access our learning centre with their trusted mentor, for additional opportunities such as specific sessions, activities, or facilities, or remain solely with their mentor if that structure is better suited to their progress.

A detailed, outcome-focused session report is provided after every session, in a format that has been applauded by Ofsted.

Full-Day Provision
This option offers students a structured school day experience within our dedicated learning centre. Each student receives an individualised timetable, developed by curriculum leads and reviewed weekly to ensure it remains purposeful, balanced, and responsive to the student's development.
Students participate in group-based learning and one to one intervention. Our learning centre features state-of-the-art facilities, and students benefit from a team of qualified teachers, trained counsellors, and dedicated support staff, all united by a passion for making a meaningful impact.

Through a mix of academic subjects, creative projects, life skills sessions, and wellbeing-focused activities, this full-day provision helps students build confidence, develop social and emotional skills, and prepare for their next steps, whether that's reintegration into mainstream education, transition to college, or another future pathway.

In both pathways, students are at the heart of everything we do. We ensure every young person feels seen, supported, and capable of achieving, no matter their starting point.
